What is a Lead Unlock Credit?
A credit reveals one customer's full contact details — name, phone, email, address — for one specific request. Once you unlock it, you're the only provider with that contact. No other provider on FivsPro can access the same customer's details from that request.
How many credits do I get per month?
Starter: 8 credits per month. Professional: 30 credits per month. Elite: unlimited credits. All credits are included in your subscription at no extra cost.
What happens to credits I don't use?
Starter credits expire at the end of each month — unused credits do not carry over. Professional subscribers roll over up to 10 unused credits to the next month (maximum pool of 40). Credits purchased as top-up bundles never expire, regardless of your plan.
Can another provider unlock the same customer?
No. Once you unlock a request it is exclusively yours. No other provider on FivsPro can access that customer's contact details from the same service request. You have a direct, private line to that customer.
What if the customer cancels after I unlock?
If the customer cancels their service request within 30 minutes of your unlock, your credit is automatically refunded to your balance — no support ticket needed. The refund appears instantly.
How do I buy more credits?
Go to your Credits page in your provider dashboard (/provider/credits). Top-up bundles are one-time purchases charged immediately and the credits never expire. Available bundles: Starter 5-pack ($15), Starter 15-pack ($40), Pro 10-pack ($24), Pro 25-pack ($55).
Where can I see my credit balance and history?
Your total credit balance is always visible in your provider dashboard header. Visit /provider/credits for a full breakdown showing your monthly, rollover, and purchased credits separately, plus your complete purchase and usage history.
